- Open the visit
Open a visit that is waiting for approval.
- Approve specific visitors
Click Approve Specific Visitors. All visitors are listed and selected.
- Leave people out
Untick the visitors who shouldn't come. A warning reminds you that the visit will be approved without them.
- Give a reason
Enter a reason. It's required here and when you approve without blacklisted visitors.
- Approve
Click Approve. The host is notified that the visit was partially approved, with the names left out and your reason.
Visits go ahead, with the right people
Visitors you left out show as excluded in the app, as before.
- Be specific in the reason. The host sees it and can fix missing details.
