New in Forms & requests

Active requests dashboard

The forms dashboard now has tabs. Next to the usual overview, a new tab shows the requests that are still open today, so you can see where work is piling up.

How it works

  1. Open the dashboard

    Open the Forms dashboard. It now has tabs, each with its own filters.

  2. Overview

    The dashboard you know is under Overview, with its date range filter.

  3. Active Tickets

    The new Active Tickets tab always shows the current situation, so it has no date filter.

  4. Filter

    Filter by state (Open, Acknowledged, Re-opened) and, if you use units, by project, building or unit.

  5. Read the charts

    Stacked bar charts break the open requests down by state.

Know what's still open

Use Active Tickets for the day-to-day, and Overview for trends over time.
